Your privacy matters to us — doubly so given the intimate nature of what we make. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
1. What we collect
Contact information: your first name and email address when you opt in to a free resource, join our email list, or make a purchase.
Purchase information: what you bought and when. Card payments are handled entirely by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe); we never see or store your full card number.
Usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited and emails opened, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not ask for, or collect, any information about your relationship or private life.

We send marketing email in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe or emailing us.
3. What we never do
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We never share your name or email with advertisers. Your billing appears under a discreet descriptor — the product name never appears on your card statement.
4. Who we share data with
Only the service providers needed to run the business: our website and email platform (systeme.io), our payment processor, and analytics providers. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function and is bound by its own privacy obligations. Your data may be processed on servers outside Canada (e.g., the EU or US) by these providers.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're subscribed or a customer, and as required for tax and legal records. Unsubscribed contacts are removed from marketing lists immediately.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@7-dayspark.com. We comply with Canada's PIPEDA and, where applicable, other privacy laws such as GDPR.
7. Children
Our website and products are for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
