Welcome to XtasyXperience ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or downloading any of our products, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or purchase our products.
1. What we sell
XtasyXperience sells digital products — downloadable PDFs and related digital content for adult couples, including The 7-Day Spark (free) and The 40-Week Xperience (paid). Our products are educational and relational in nature. They are intended for adults aged 18 and over.
2. Digital delivery
Products are delivered instantly by email and/or a download page after purchase. If you do not receive your download within one hour of purchase, check your spam folder, then contact us at support@xtasyxperience.com and we will re-send it promptly. If we cannot deliver your product, you will receive a full refund — you always get what you paid for.
3. All sales are final (refund policy)
Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final and no refunds are provided, except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the product.
We disclose this policy on the order page before you purchase. In place of refunds, we offer:
A free sample of the method (The 7-Day Spark) so you can try before you buy
Preview pages on the sales page so you can see exactly what you're purchasing
Lifetime access: lost downloads re-sent free, and all future updates included at no charge
Real human support — reply to any of our emails and a person will respond
4. Personal use license
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product within your own household/relationship. You may print pages for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, republish, or use our products commercially without written permission. All content is © XtasyXperience and protected by copyright law.
5. Not professional advice
Our products are for general informational and relational enrichment purposes only. They are not therapy, counselling, medical, or psychological advice, and are not a substitute for professional help. If your relationship is in crisis, please consult a qualified professional.
6. Billing
Payments are processed securely by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card details. Charges appear on your statement under a discreet billing descriptor.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XtasyXperience is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
